In addition, you will learn how to identify, manage, and control infection risks for your clients, colleagues, and yourself. The course is ideal for beauty therapists working in beauty therapy salons, clinics, or cosmetic medical clinics, who work autonomously and make independent treatment decisions.

How is this course performed?
Via correspondence. We will email you a workbook to be completed anytime from home.
The practical component will be marked when you attend one of our training courses OR you can send us photos of your station set up.
What you will learn
- Complying with infection control regulations and guidelines.
- Your related legal obligations to regulations and guidelines.
- Monitoring the hygiene of the premises.
- Maintaining infection control for skin penetration treatments.
- Sterilising equipment and maintaining the steriliser.
- Maintaining awareness of the clinic design for the control of infections.
Each student is provided with a comprehensive training manual and support via email. In addition, upon completion of our course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
